There are mall rats, gym rats, pack rats and even range rats (golfers that love to practice). I am a house rat. I love to show, see and sell properties. I like to analyze them, do Open Houses on my listings and work with buyers of all levels. If you want to see houses, let’s go. For nearly two decades I was also a weekend radio talk show host, doing a golf show. I interviewed countless golf pros, athletes from all sports, actors, authors, sport psychologists, course designers, various other celebrities and covered many golf events even as far away as Malaysia.

My real estate curiosity was sparked long ago when I attended an investment workshop and eventually got involved in a fixer property.
